We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
Product Return/Exchange Policy:
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the product delivery date. Please Contact Us to initiate a return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrived damaged in transit or defective please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. We may require additional information or pictures to assist in any possible damage claims. BestMassage covers return shipping for any damaged in transit or defective items.
Cancellation Policy:
All orders ship the following business day, if you are wanting to cancel your order for any reason please contact our support team as soon as possible at hello@bestmassagestore.com. We are unable to cancel any order after is has been shipped. It would then be treated as a return/exchange.
